Eligibility for Returns

  • All eligible products have a 14-day inspection period from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Handmade leather products exhibiting signs of use, stretching, or wear are not eligible for return.
  • Due to the natural characteristics of leather, variations such as stretch marks, small holes, and scars are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. These features contribute to the uniqueness of each product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
  • Products returned due to personal preference (e.g., dissatisfaction with appearance) are not eligible for refunds as all products are handmade.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost. Please email [email protected] with details and supporting photos so we can assist you.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective due to our fault.
  • Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  • We do not provide pickup services; returns must be dropped off at a courier office.

Refund Process
